How does pricing work?

You get a fixed estimate the moment you finish the quote form. Once we've reviewed your photos we confirm it. If anything else is found later, we confirm the extra with you before doing any work, never after.

Do you come to me or take my car away?

Both, we match the method to the job. Smaller cosmetic jobs (SMART repair, minor scuffs, small dents, kerbed alloys, headlight restoration) can often be completed on-site by a vetted mobile specialist, subject to availability, location and demand. Larger or workshop-based work (resprays, body kits, wraps, PPF, ceramic coating, interior retrims, rust work) is collected, completed at a vetted specialist workshop, quality-checked and returned. Either way, the work is fully insured and workmanship-guaranteed by Collect & Correct. We confirm the method with your quote.

Is my car insured while it's with you?

Accepted Answer

Yes, fully insured from collection through repair and back to your door. Our specialists carry motor trade insurance and we sit on top of that with our own cover. Mobile on-site work is covered on the same basis.

What's the workmanship guarantee?

Accepted Answer

If you're not happy with the finish, tell us within 14 days and we'll make it right. No arguments. The same guarantee applies whether the job is done on-site or in a workshop.

Do you offer a courtesy car?

Yes, for collect-and-return jobs, add one at booking for a small daily fee. It's dropped off when we collect yours and swapped back on return. Not usually needed for mobile on-site repairs.

What if the final price differs from the estimate?

It rarely does. If something extra comes up we call you before starting, you decide whether to go ahead. No surprise bills.

How do I pay?

A small deposit reserves your slot. You aren't charged until the work starts, or until your car is collected for workshop jobs. Balance is due before we return it or on completion for on-site work.

How long does it take?

Most on-site mobile jobs are completed in a single visit. Collected cosmetic jobs are usually 24–72 hours with us; larger respray or wrap work can take 3–7 days. You get a return-by date at booking.

Which cars do you work on?

Any car, from daily drivers to supercars. Cosmetic work only. We don't touch mechanical repairs.
